Request a Library Instruction Class

Form
Complete the Form to request Library Instruction. Faculty are encouraged to request Library instruction sessions for their classes. Individuals are also encouraged to request instructions for themselves or groups. This has to be scheduled in advance by completing the Library Instruction Request Form a week (seven working days) before the desired date of instruction.

Our Response

The Library will get back to you within 2 days of receiving your request for instruction. If you do not get a response within 2 days please contact the Coordinator of Library Instruction Services, Dr. Nkechi Amadife at nkechi.amadife@kysu.edu or call 502.597.6817 or 6851.

Components of Blazer Library Instruction Services

The Instruction Services at Blazer Library is based on the Framework for Information Literacy for Higher Education. Our Library Instruction Services espouses and promotes Information Literacy for lifelong learning. This empowers users to become lifelong independent learners with the ability to locate, retrieve, evaluate, and use information ethically for problem solving. The use of information skills tutorial is encouraged to self-educate. Face to Face instructions include:
